We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Change of Mind
If you have simply changed your mind we do NOT provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be:
in saleable condition;
unused with all original packaging;
returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable);
not subject to the exclusions listed below; and
the exchange or refund is sought within 30 days of purchase and received.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact our support center by emailing [email protected] and give us your order number, your name and address, details of the product (quantity, SKU), and the reason for return. We will then advise you to regard the return process.

2- After we have confirmed your desire to return the item, please RE-PACK THE ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING with labels and tags still attached.
3- POST YOUR ITEMS TO A GIVEN ADDRESS AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. We advise the return goods by Post Office shipment facility rather than couriers like DHL, UPS, which may cost much more.
4- As soon as we have your return, we will issue a full refund.
5- We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.
6- You can expect to receive your refund WITHIN 7 DAYS of your package return depending on your bank. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
No exchanges for other products once they are received or have processed.
For any products, you are sending back. You will also be charged a $5 USD re-stocking fee.
Full refunds are strictly not available under the following circumstances:
1- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2- If we already have processed your order for shipping and it is already sent and is in transit.
3- If you did NOT pick up your item from the post office and it was delivered back
4- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of storovia
We may on occasions have packages returned to our warehouse because it was undeliverable. This generally happens for one of the following reasons:
- An incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout
- The courier failed in their attempt to deliver the package or the package was not picked up from a local depot within the time specified
- The package was refused by the recipient
storovia not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable. We will also not issue a credit or refund for the items in these packages however can dispatch another one in replacement. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
Privacy When Making a Return

Information collected when returning merchandise will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.
